C.T.D. (Contrôle Technique Développement) is a technical inspection center which has made of the safety's checking and its environment its sole activity.
The story started with the vehicle inspection which became today in France roadworthiness testing is a commercial and technical activity with a lot of competition. One has to adapt according to the market, at a quicker pace and with greater efficiency than the competition in order to survive.
Extremely of more than 17 years of experiment in the field, and having worked in approximately 15 technical centres throughout several regions of France, C.T.D. offers its experience for the benefit of clients outside of the Group.
C.T.D. runs its own car control centers, or acts with the participation of local operators.
C.T.D. provides services, training and advice to already established centres or those wishing to set up a business in this same sector of activity.
C.T.D. also acts as a bridge between those working in roadworthiness testing and partners whose activity centres around roadworthiness testing.
C.T.D. provides for a specific approach when it comes to potential French or foreign markets in terms of roadworthiness testing, preliminary inspections and audits of vehicle fleet in all kinds, on all sites, and security inspections of lifting devices.

Lights and others vehicles (CTTE, VASP, taxis, ambulances...) already inspected in October 2006.
