Quality

The quality approach of the  CTD's group results in the satisfaction of its clients by the respect of independance values, impartiality and integrity which make up its identity.

These values are written in a Quality Ensurance System in force on each firm of the group.

Technical, human and organisationnal means of all our center of technical inspection are annually audited by an independant organism and by public services (DRIRE).

That is why , Philippe Dalbon does not hesitate to employ in his group a  Quality assurance manager who's job is to developp tools permitting to set up  the politic quality of  the CTD's group.

First firm of this size to have such means, CTD is now able to rely on its experience and its « knowledge » to face up to the competition between operators.

In front of the economic preassure which follows, CTD carry on to invest for the development of its quality means, which confirms its commitment towards its clients.

If the decrease of prices is favorable to the client, it cannot affected the quality of services, neither the client's satisfaction, on who, the group CTD offers a real prestation of « public service  ».

The quality approach of a firm is done to improve the clients' satisfaction. It also answers to a logical working of the main quality referencials and it is symbolized by a « Progress wheel (DEMING) » or « Cycle PDCA ».

Plan :

• Write a « Quality politic » emphasizing the Group values, and its objectives.
• Write a « Quality Manual » and a « Procedures manual ».
• Set up indicators to situate us compared with the objectives.

Realise :

• Do what is written in order to aim at realise the objectives of the group.

Check :

• Check, audit, inspect whet is done.
• Follow indicators.

React :

• Set up « Corrective or improve actions » which permit to the group to improve capacity, and to satisfy clients.

Historic of quality within the group CTD

Light vehicles inspection.

In 1986, the group CTD developped and applied a Quality Ensurance System taking requires of the norms EN/ISO 9000 concerning the quality system of inspection organism, into account, going then higher than regulative requires.

Heavy vehicles inspection.

A year after the start of the activity in april 2005, the PL centers are accredited according to the norm NF EN ISO/CEI 17020. (General criteron concerning the working of different types of organism carrying out inspections).

Inspection of lifting devices

CTD INSPECTION, the subsidiary of the group CTD which realise the inspection of lifting devices was accredited according to the norm NF EN ISO/CEI 17020.
